Commercial Compound Gate
A large sliding steel gate with heavy rollers and guide track for a commercial yard entrance.
The Challenge
The client needed commercial compound gate delivered to a fixed budget and a tight programme, with consistent quality across every unit.
Our Solution
We surveyed the site, issued shop drawings for approval and produced every unit in our Hargeisa workshop so tolerances, finish and hardware stayed identical batch to batch.
Design Process
Measured drawings and a material specification were agreed with the client before any steel was cut, including sizes, gauges, finish colour and hardware.
Manufacturing
Sections were cut, jigged and welded in-house, then ground, prepared, primed and finished with a durable coating suited to daily use.
Installation
Units were delivered in protected batches, positioned, levelled and fixed on site by our own installation team with a snag walk at the end.
Final Result
A complete, hard-wearing installation handed over on schedule, with spare parts and a maintenance briefing for the client team.
