Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are based on the scope, materials and quantities stated. Changes to scope or material selection may affect price and lead time.
Orders and payment
Production begins once the quotation is approved and the agreed advance payment is received. The balance is payable on completion, before or at handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lead times
Lead times are estimated from the date of design approval and receipt of the advance payment. Delays caused by site readiness, client-side approvals or third-party trades extend the schedule accordingly.
Variations
Any change requested after design approval is treated as a variation and will be quoted separately before work proceeds.
Site access and conditions
The client is responsible for providing safe, cleared access to the installation area, along with power and secure storage where required.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted against manufacturing defects for twelve months from handover under normal use. The warranty excludes damage from misuse, alteration by others, or normal wear of finishes.
Ownership of designs
Concepts, drawings and visuals produced by Top Design Solutions remain our intellectual property until the related project is paid in full.
